Stress & Resilience
Over a decade in stress management and burnout prevention. Resilience workshops at international companies in cooperation with medical doctors — plus one-to-one coaching for private clients.
For more than 15 years I have worked with elite athletes, national teams, international organizations and leaders in high-performance environments.
My expertise lies in a sharp, systemic analysis — identifying the critical distinctions that make the difference. My work has contributed to the highest levels of sporting success: international tour victories, an Olympic medal, long-term performance and a healthy, meaningful life.
I provide flexibility, clarity and a sharp ability to analyse — the result is fast change processes and lasting competence in the people I work with. My work covers three main areas.

Who I am today is the result of many different experiences and influences.
Before becoming a coach and educator, I spent many years in competitive golf. As a member of the German National Golf Team and later a full-scholarship student-athlete at the University of Nebraska, I experienced first-hand the demands of elite sport, international competition, and performing under pressure.
After nine years in the United States, where I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, I moved to the Austrian Alps. Following several years at Red Bull as a project manager, I became self-employed and have now spent more than 15 years working as a trainer, coach, and educator.
Today, I live with my partner and our two children in Kitzbühel, Austria.
For over 15 years I have worked with athletes in international elite sport — from national teams to professionals across the major golf tours. At the highest level, the slices of the performance cake become ever finer.
My expertise lies in recognising the decisive distinctions and guiding change processes so that potential becomes visible in competition — always with the whole person at the centre.
I have had the privilege of accompanying athletes on their way to tour victories and an Olympic medal.

What if change were not about methods, but about understanding structure? Rather than dividing knowledge into separate methods and disciplines, Communicology provides a systemic framework that connects and organises existing knowledge into a coherent whole.
It does not replace what you already know — it connects, strengthens and expands your access to it. For anyone working with people, this creates a new level of clarity, competence and flexibility across contexts, professions and disciplines.
Open to people in and outside academic environments — completed by anyone, regardless of background, education or professional experience, as a basic, continuing or further education.
Whether high-performance sport, resilience or the education in Communicology — reach out and let's find the critical distinction together.
